I KEEP HEARING THAT SOME OF THE SCHOOLS ARE GOING TO FAIL SOON. IS THAT REALLY TRUE?

It is true and the systems within our buildings are failing regularly. Corrosion in water and steam lines present a significant disruption to school activities and unexpected costs. Mold, failing plumbing and heating systems, and the inability to meet current safety and service standards add to the problems and make two of the buildings prohibitively expensive to repair.
