November is Native American Heritage Month! We will be having a different dress-up day each Monday for the month.

There was a mistake on the menu for November. Monday, November 2nd will be chicken drumsticks NOT chicken sticks.

November Lunch Menu
Just a reminder that paper copies of the menu will no longer be coming home in your child's red folder. The school website and Facebook will have the menu available for viewing.

🍂❄️ Brrr… colder weather is here! ❄️🍂
As temperatures drop, please make sure your child comes to school dressed for the weather! 🧥🧤 Hats, gloves, warm coats, and appropriate footwear are important for keeping students comfortable and safe when they’re outside for recess.
Please help us keep our students warm and ready to learn by checking the weather each morning before heading out the door.
Thank you for your help and support! ❤️

Picture Retakes are tomorrow!

Next week is the start of Red Ribbon Week!

Missoula Children's Theater is coming to Glendive next week! 🎭

🎨 Gray Skies, Colorful Creations! 🌈
It may be a dreary Monday outside, but our students are bringing all the color and creativity inside! Check out these amazing young artists and their wonderful masterpieces. 💛🖍️

Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming several Fort Peck Tribal members to our school to share their culture, traditions, and knowledge with our students.
Students learned about the rich history and heritage of the Fort Peck Tribes and had the opportunity to explore the tribal flags representing Montana’s other reservations. Through stories, discussions, and cultural sharing, our students gained a deeper appreciation for the diverse Native communities that are an important part of our state.
We are grateful for the time, knowledge, and experiences our guests shared with us. Thank you for helping our students learn, grow, and develop a greater understanding of the cultures that enrich Montana.

Today, we wear orange to honor the children, families, and communities impacted by the residential school system and to recognize the importance of truth, remembrance, and reconciliation.
Orange Shirt Day reminds us that every child matters. As a school community, we are committed to fostering kindness, respect, inclusion, and understanding for all.
Thank you to our students and staff for wearing orange and helping us reflect on the importance of listening, learning, and ensuring that every child feels valued, safe, and supported. 🧡🧡🧡
