Tentative Itinerary: 

Day 1: Arrival  

Depart Billings, MT and arrive in Washington, D.C. - Pentagon 9/11 Memorial,  Orientation to National Mall, Petersen House and Ford’s Theatre (picture  opportunity), White House area (picture opportunity)  

Day 2: Branches of Government and Balance of Power 

Tour of U.S. Capitol, Library of Congress and Supreme Court (picture opportunity),  Holocaust Memorial Museum (dependent upon availability), FBI experience and  museum (if available), National Zoo, Jefferson, FDR, and MLK Jr. Memorials 

Day 3: Freedom is Not Free 

Arlington National Cemetery - Changing of the Guard, Tomb of the Unknown  Soldier with wreath laying ceremony (dependent upon availability), Robert E. Lee  Mansion, and Kennedy gravesites, Iwo Jima Memorial, Smithsonian Museums,  Lincoln Memorial, WWII, Vietnam, and Korean War Memorials 

Day 4: Role of the Citizen and transfer to New York City 

Mount Vernon - George Washington’s home and plantation, Old Town Alexandria -  One of the oldest and most historic American cities, Fort McHenry - birthplace of  the National Anthem, Baltimore Inner Harbor and transfer to New York City with an  evening walking tour of Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal  

Day 5: Immigration and Culture 

Statue of Liberty cruise, walking tour of Lower Manhattan - Ground Zero, 9/11  Memorial, Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange, Federal Hall, and Trinity Church,  evening Broadway Show or Baseball Game pending schedules, and Time Square  

Day 6: Departure 

Empire State Building Observatory, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, 5th  Avenue, Central Park and depart New York City for home after six incredible days!
