Please let your coaches, players and fans know since we are in yellow, we have a few guidelines that should be followed. We are not doing vouchers, but we are asking fans only to come for the game their student-athlete is playing in (B Game or A Game). We will be charging admissions $4 adults & $2 students for the volleyball games. We will not be charging admissions for Football.
Fans must wear a face mask or face covering while inside our facilities.
Fans should practice social distancing in the bleachers.
Maintain two empty seats (6 feet) between parties with alternate rows between spectators.
There will be no loitering or gathering with student-athletes on the playing surface after the game.
Spectators must vacate the facility immediately upon completion of the contest.
Fans should only stay for the game their student-athlete is playing.
Come only for the B Game or only for the A Game
One more thing, Rickard Field for Football does not have locker rooms (We have Port-Ables on site) or a good water source. Our teams have had parents donate cases of water for the season.

Update from Mr. Buckley (AD): The WMS VB match scheduled for Monday, October 5th vs Baker has been changed to Thursday, October 8th. The matches will start at 4 pm and they will be played at DCHS.

The Glendive Unified School Board (GUSB) is pleased to announce Glendive Public Schools has been approved for the nationwide USDA Extended Summer Food Service Program Waiver to serve breakfast and lunches at no cost to all students enrolled in the Glendive Public Schools grades K-12, regardless of Free/Reduced or Paid status. The waiver is valid through December 31, 2020. The cost of student meals will return to normal on January 1, 2021.

On September 23, 2020, Glendive Public Schools was notified that a Student at Washington Middle School tested positive for COVID-19. According to the Dawson County Health Department, some of the Washington staff and students were in contact with the student during the period of possible exposure. However, because of how we have structured the classes/schedules to mitigate possible exposure, only a small amount of the students and staff came in contact with the student. Contact tracing is ongoing and those individuals who are identified as close contacts will be notified. Glendive Public Schools will continue to take safety precautions to make sure all students and staff are as safe as possible.
If any staff or students are at risk of exposure, the Dawson County Health Department will be in contact with that person to determine a safe and appropriate course of action. It is still recommended that any person who feels sick or ill, seek out their medical provider for specific instructions. Glendive Public Schools is following the Dawson County Health Department and CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect our schools every day. School administrators will continue to monitor the situation and will provide further information if and when it becomes available.

Updated WMS Football start times for 9/19 VS Watford City. 7th grade will start at 10 am & 8th will start at 11:30 am. GO DEMONS!!!

Great news from Miles City. Their school board voted last night to approve visiting teams to be allowed 2 fans per rostered player to attend their events. They will send our school the tickets electronically and parents will need to pick them up and pay at our school. If parent/guardians drive to MC and do not have a ticket, they will not be allowed to enter.
For today's volleyball games against Miles City parent/guardians will need to come to the school before 2 pm and pick up/purchase their household (2) tickets. Cost of the tickets for the Miles City games are $3. Good luck to our lady Demons!!!
