Sexual Harassment (Title IX)
ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL, PROFESSIONAL, PLANNING, AND/OR GRANT WRITING/ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
Glendive Public Schools (GPS) is soliciting proposals to hire a firm(s) or individual(s) to provide general engineering, architectural, planning, and/or grant writing/administration services related to the GPS Facilities and Property. GPS will utilize the selected firm(s) or individual(s) for a period of up to five years for all engineering, architectural, planning, and/or funding-related activities associated with GPS Facilities, including but not limited to, the GPS electrical design, HVAC design, wastewater and water systems, storm drainage, site development, structural design, roof evaluating and design, remodels/additions/new construction, security, ADA, environmental reviews, environmental abatements, permitting, surveying, and miscellaneous GPS Facilities Projects.
Desired services may include: Repairs and maintenance design and cost estimating, capital improvements, and project development planning; surveying; preliminary and final architectural and/or engineering design; construction management and inspection; and grant writing and administration. The agreement and payment terms will be negotiated with the selected offeror.
Responses to this RFQ must not exceed 20 pages – excluding resumes, cover letter, and front and back cover, and table of contents, and must include the following:
The firm's legal name, address, and telephone number
The principal(s) of the firm and their experience and qualifications.
The experience and qualifications of the staff to be assigned to the project.
A description of the firm's prior experience, including any similar projects, total construction cost, and name of a local official knowledgeable regarding the firm's performance.
A description of the firm's current work activities and how these activities would be coordinated with a project, as well as the firm's anticipated availability during a project term.
List, including contact names, a minimum of five projects involving services applicable to those outlined in this RFQ.
The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. the qualifications of the professional personnel to be assigned to the project (30%)
2. related experience on similar projects (20%)
3. recent and current work within the last 10 years for GPS or similar entity issuing the RFQ (25%)
4. the consultant's capability to meet time and project budget requirements (10%)
5. present and projected workload (10%)
6. location (5%)
GPS may select the finalists to be interviewed, if necessary, on its evaluation of the written responses. GPS will select the most qualified offeror(s) whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the residents of Glendive and Dawson County, all criteria considered. Merrill Avenue, Glendive, MT 59330. GPS must receive all responses by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 18, 2023. Please state "ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL, PROFESSIONAL, PLANNING, AND/OR GRANT WRITING/ADMINISTRATION SERVICES SERVICES PROPOSAL" on the outside of the response package. Include eight copies of the proposals.
This solicitation is being offered in accordance with federal and state statutes governing the procurement of professional services. Accordingly, GPS reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based on fair and reasonable compensation for the scope of work and services proposed and the right to reject all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory, or inappropriate.
The Glendive Public Schools is seeking written proposals for internet services to serve the school delivered by any means necessary.
Proposal to specify either -
internet access only in which a transport circuit is required but billed separately, or
internet access and transport bundled, or
leased lit fiber internet services (i.e., fiber, copper, wireless, etc.)
include all maintenance, operations, equipment necessary for such services.

Glendive Public Schools - General Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
Glendive Public Schools (GPS) is seeking qualified contractors to assist with future possible construction and maintenance projects for the school facilities and its operational equipment.
At times, GPS and its facilities require outside services to complete various small to medium projects, whether it be a planned project or for an immediate emergency. (Large projects will be bid in a separate process from this RFQ.)
This General RFQ is intended to create a list of prequalified contractors (carpentry, electricians, plumbers, mechanics, suppliers, and/or vendors, etc.), that GPS can refer to when a project arises. This RFQ is not for any specific project and submitting an RFQ is not a guarantee that any contract or work will be awarded to the company submitting the RFQ.

The Glendive Unified Board of Trustees is calling for bids to provide:
EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT MATERIALS SUPPLIER
Details and specifications may be obtained by contacting the District Clerk, 900 N Merrill, Glendive, MT 59330 (406) 377-2555. Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the Unified Board until 5:00 p.m., Friday, June 12, 2020. Bids will be opened and reviewed in the Boardroom located in the Dawson County High
School at 1 pm. Monday, June 15, 2020. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities and award the contract for the bid considered to be best suited to the needs of the school district.
