Welcome to Glendive Public Schools. If you are new to the District and have children to enroll in any of our schools, all of the forms listed to the left will need to be completed for each child being enrolled and brought in to the respective school that your child will be attending. If it is during our summer break you can bring these documents to the District Office and we will forward them to the appropriate building.
In addition to the documents to the left we will also need the following:
Birth Certificate
Immunization records
Contact information for previous school of enrollment
Please note: There may be additional documents required by the individual schools to complete the enrollment process.
