Welcome Madison Terhaar - Jefferson Elementary School
Hi, my name is Madison Terhaar. I am honored to be the new second grade teacher at Jefferson Elementary. It's always been a dream of mine to be a teacher, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the classroom. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued, successful and loved. My favorite part about working in education is seeing those “lightbulb moments” when something finally clicks for a student. Watching their excitement and pride makes every day meaningful. I have two boys of my own, ages 2 and 3, who keep me busy and bring so much joy to my life. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, gardening, and cooking.
