Josiah Hull - WMS

Welcome Josiah Hull - WMS

Hello! My name is Josiah (JP) Hull, and I am excited to return to my hometown of Glendive to teach 7th-grade math and 8th-grade Career and Life Skills!

I was born and raised right here in Glendive, and it's good to be back home. I earned my degree from the University of Montana Western in Dillon, where I met my wife, Katherine, and where we welcomed our son, Joshua. Outside of school, I love spending time with family and friends, playing and listening to music, watching and following Major League Baseball, hunting, and solving puzzles. My family and I are thrilled to be back in Glendive, and I can't wait for the year ahead.

My primary goal as a teacher is simple: to help every student succeed in what we learn. To make that happen, I focus on three core principles:

  • Belonging (Relationship): I want every single student to know they are welcome and valued in my classroom every day.

  • Structure (Rigor): I build predictable routines, clear systems, and a structured environment so my students can truly thrive.

  • Real-World Connections (Relevance): I want to help students see how our lessons connect to life outside the classroom so they genuinely enjoy learning.

I'm looking forward to a great first year. GO BIG RED!!!
