Washington Middle School - Public Notification - March 19th, 2021 WMS - Boiler #2 OFFLINE: Glendive Public Schools wants to be sure that the public stays informed on important issues pertaining to our school districts. GPS would like to notify parents, students, and staff that boiler #2 at WMS is offline and no longer able to be in use. Boiler #1 has been out of service for many years and now boiler #2 is also out of service. We are down to our last remaining boiler and have no redundancy or backup heat source. We are anticipating that Boiler #3 will keep the building comfortable taking into account the temperatures from the extended weather forecast. Please be aware that the mornings could be chilly in the classrooms so students should dress accordingly. Jefferson School will be holding Kindergarten screening and registration on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Jefferson Elementary School, 800 Jefferson School Road, Glendive, MT.
